How we Support YOU

  • The Challenges of Traumatic Abuse

    An experience of traumatic abuse is a predictor of continued abuse. Reliving traumatic events can persist for a few years to a lifetime if left unaddressed. Additionally, past abuse experiences may negatively affect your current relationships.

    Abuse Events;

    -Accidents

    -Attacks and assualt

    -Abuse at the hands of loved ones

    -Rape and date rape

    -Incest

    -Domestic violence

    -Robbery

    -Emotional, verbal, and gaslighting abuse

    The experience of abuse is a common, but oftentimes, hidden experience. Due to societal stigma and feelings of personal shame, individuals often go through years of unresolved mental anguish. At Mind moving Therapy, our clinicians are trained to help you with both past and current wounds.
